About us
We are a publication house at Moi University Main Campus, Eldoret – totally run by students. Our articles are inclined to campus events, student lifestyle and opinions.
“The best of stories ever told are those that leave listeners wanting more of it…. readers are thrilled by it and can’t get enough of sharing it… They are the pictures that we clip on our walls, or the tags you allow to be added to your timeline. They are the stories that tale of your existence.” Ordia Akelo, Chief Editor, The Legacy Publication.
That’s what makes us. We love to tell stories in ways that allows it to not only inform but also engage with our readers.
At Legacy we are passionate about mentoring writers, and leaders. We welcome articles from all students including those who don’t take communication studies. If you’ve the urge to write, you can submit your article to our Editorial team.
A house got to have rules and we got ours too; written in our values. We love what we do and these values act to remind us of what we are. They define our existence and clearly lay the path that we are to follow in order to continue enjoying what we do. We have always let the values choose who gets to be in our team. That’s a secret we openly share.
We enjoy new company in our weekly meetings at SR 6. You can subscribe to be a member.
The Legacy has since grown on the critics of its readers. We like when readers let us know what do not necessarily work for them. This as much allows you to ask us anything.
We love taking our reporters and journalists at the spotlight of events. The thrill excites us that’s why we keep on, improving every moment we do.
